Brochure Distribution

Headwaters Tourism has brochure boxes strategically located at 10 key tourism sites across the region. These boxes include the annual edition of Headwaters award-winning Four-Season Visitors’ Guide, as well as space for brochures for our Leading With the Best program partners.

Boxes are located at the following businesses in Headwaters:

  • Best Western Plus Orangeville Inn & Suites
  • Theatre Orangeville
  • Dufferin County Museum & Archives
  • Inglewood Antique Market
  • Spirit Tree Cidery
  • Town of Caledon
  • Alton Mill
  • Millcroft Inn & Spa
  • Mrs. Mitchell’s
  • Downey’s Farm
  • Terra Nova Public House

Brochure distribution is only available to Leading With The Best partners. Leading With the Best partners must supply Headwaters Tourism with a minimum of 500 brochures to stock the boxes.  Brochures must be no bigger than: 9.5cm wide X 21.5cm high (3.5” w x 8.5” h).

Brochures must be delivered to the Headwaters Tourism offices (246372 Hockley Road) at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled distribution date in order to guarantee inclusion.


Brochure boxes will be replenished based on the following schedule:

  • 3rd week of April
  • 4th week of May
  • 4th week of August
  • 5th week of October
  • 2nd week of December
